Ian Robinson was born in Warrington and started life as a chef at The Lord Daresbury Hotel in Warrington before moving around the UK and Australia developing his skills within the kitchen and fine dining, on returning from sunny Sydney harbour back to London where the big move from kitchen to sales took place, joining the UK’s finest Seafood Company and Cheese Suppliers working with London’s best restaurants and hotels as Sales Director
